Crane Authentication Modern Slavery Statement 2025
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It covers the activities of the Crane Authentication brand consisting of Crane Security Technologies, Inc., OpSec Security Group companies including Orca Bidco Limited, OpSec Security Group Limited and its subsidiaries and DLR Newco Limited and its subsidiaries. This statement relates to actions and activities during the year to 31 December 2025 to prevent slavery or human trafficking in its own business and its supply chains
At Crane Authentication, we are proud of the steps we continue to take to combat slavery and human trafficking and maintained a zero-tolerance policy for this in our supply chain and throughout our organization. We conduct regular audits to monitor recruitment and employment practices and insist that all our suppliers meet the exacting standards of our well-established Supplier Code of Conduct. We also offer and encourage all our associates the opportunity to report any form of suspected unethical behaviour or practice to our confidential Ethics Hotline and I am pleased to report that we have had no reports relating to modern slavery or human trafficking.
Organization: Crane Authentication is part of Crane NXT Co., a diversified manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products, headquartered in the USA.
Policies on slavery and human trafficking: Our Supplier Code of Conduct reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We also have implemented and enforced effective systems and controls to ensure our expectations regarding intolerance for slavery and human trafficking are clearly communicated to our supply chain partners.
Supplier Adherence to our Ethics: We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain comply with our own standards we have regular audits of incumbent suppliers and a rigorous onboarding process for any new suppliers.
Training: To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff, especially those in our supply chain teams to ensure that we regularly assess the risks of our extended supply chain.
Further steps: We understand that ongoing vigilance is required. We will maintain our audit and training programs as noted above and will continue to educate ourselves about the topic to ensure we are using best practices to monitor our employee base and our supply chain for any violations of our Supplier Code of Conduct.
