Sales Operations Director

Position Summary:

OpSec is rapidly growing its sales organization and has a unique opportunity for the right individual to develop and implement a leading edge sales operations infrastructure!  The Sales Operations Director is responsible for supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to sell more effectively and efficiently by establishing best practices in order to optimize sales processes and support.


  • Sales coverage model and territory planning
  • Sales technology management
  • Sales data analysis and reporting
  • Sales forecasting system management (currently through demand team)
  • Sales enablement system management (ie, MH)
  • Sales process optimization
  • Sales hiring, on-boarding, training
  • Sales variable incentive planning and administration
  • Experience (ideally SFDC) with developing, managing and developing process flow automation with world class CRM systems
  • Drive and compile data for monthly sales and business reviews
  • Setting up, developing processes and meeting business needs for a world class Sales Operations department
  • Hands on and able to manage with a small team
  • Other related duties as assigned

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent IT Skills – Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • The ability to work accurately paying close attention to detail
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritize
  • Must have the ability to multi task, be self motivated and able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales operations experience
  • Demonstrable experience in setting up, driving and managing a world class sales operation for a sales team of 40+
