Regional Sales Manager (Brand)

A vacancy has arisen for a Regional Sales Manager to be based remotely or at our site in London (UK). The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue within France and Belgium through prospecting, following up on marketing campaigns, qualifying accounts, demonstrating the OpSec Online suite of services, writing proposals, and managing sales opportunities from start to finish in the enterprise space. While this individual will also be responsible for managing a defined current customer base, the main focus of the role is to creating new client relationships.

Role Responsibilities

  • As a true new sales hunter, proactively seek new business opportunities in the market;
  • Build account plans and grow a pipeline of enterprise scale opportunities;
  • Qualify viable prospects for the OpSec Online solutions;
  • Create and hold online and face-to-face presentations, demos and account reviews;
  • Formulate winning proposals and handle complex contract negotiation;
  • Close new and maintain and expand existing relationships;
  • Achieve quarterly and annual objectives;

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be able to perform each of the above duties satisfactorily
  • 5+ years proven sales experience working for a SaaS or software technology company, with a strong aptitude for technology;
  • Preferable, sales experience for online brand protection to corporate clients in France;
  • Track record of selling to corporate decision makers with existing network in France and Belgium in marketing, legal and IT departments at target corporations;
  • A documented consultative sales track record of success in selling complex technology services is a must.
  • Experience conducting own software product demonstrations and sales presentations;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and online meeting software;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce / comparable CRM systems;
  • Effective presentation skills;
  • Language Skills: French native speaker, very good communication skills in English;
  • Capable of thinking creatively and making independent decisions;
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate easily & interpersonally with Senior Executives and decision makers;
  • The ability to work accurately paying close attention to detail whilst adhering to strict deadlines;
  • Strong time management and the ability to multi task, be self-motivated and able to work autonomously;
  • Flexibility to accommodate ever-changing working environment and demands placed upon it
