OpSec’s Trace Insight™ empowers clients to trace products through the manufacturing and distribution process. The data collected enables brand and supply chain staff to understand facility performance, distribution accuracy, and even retailer (online and brick and mortar) efficiency.
Production and distribution partners can perform declarations in the OpSec Insight™ portal, mobile app, or API, linking together the relevant metadata and OpSec’s Unique Identifiers (UIDs). Declaration stages are completely customizable by the brand owner depending on the product’s supply chain lifecycle. The OpSec Insight™ dashboard may be used to check vendor inventory or declarations summary at a glance and in real-time.
Brand owners can configure the system to collect additional data associated with each UID. Examples of events can include:
