Empowering brand owners with data and analytics for manufacturing, distribution, retailer efficiency, online risk assessments and mitigation, consumer demographics and more
Today’s consumers demand accountability. OpSec® Insight delivers enhanced transparency across each stage of your supply chain based on its authentication unique identifier. With product declaration possible down to the SKU level, Insight delivers real-time information on vendor inventory, shipment dates, authorized product movement and other declaration events for complete supply chain transparency.
OpSec® Insight is a unique platform bringing an integrated approach to total product lifecycle management. OpSec® Insight provides unique identifiers to be embedded into any product for authentication and verification.
These unique identifiers can be exported from Insight to suit any production method; including:
- OpSec high-quality, tamper-evident labels or hang-tags/swing-tickets, providing overt, covert and forensic optical security.
- Direct application onto products via laser-etching, printing (thermal-transfer, inkjet, etc.), or other methods.
- Digital embedding in product software or Internet-enabled firmware.
Brand owners are then empowered to trace products through the manufacturing and distribution process.
The data collected enables brand and supply chain staff to understand facility performance, distribution accuracy, and even retailer (online and brick and mortar) efficiency.
Production and distribution partners can perform “declarations” directly in the Insight portal through the use of the Insight mobile app, or even build an interface from their own systems to automate event registration from their system through the use of our OpSec® Insight API, linking together the relevant metadata and OpSec’s Unique Identifiers (UIDs).
Declaration stages are completely customizable by the brand owner depending on the product’s supply chain lifecycle. Fields of any kind can be defined within OpSec® Insight to capture relevant metadata at each and every stage.
The OpSec Insight dashboard can then be used to check vendor inventory or declarations summary at a glance and in real-time. With the Insight BI tools comprehensive reports can be obtained for data analysis.
For supply chain management, OpSec provides RFID-enabled labels that make the registration of events through the supply chain easier, faster and more secure.
Track provides unique identifiers (including serial numbers, random codes, and combinations) to be embedded in your products for authentication and verification. For authentic products, these unique identifiers (UIDs) enable organizations to identify the source and journey of products, while easily distinguishing between authentic and illicit trade.
