COVID-19 has significantly, and adversely, affected many of our clients and suppliers around the world. Manufacturers, warehousing facilities, retailers, and the general public are all feeling the economic effects of a global pandemic.
At OpSec, we celebrate good news. Our workforce has been, and continues to be, operational throughout this difficult time in support of our clients. Our manufacturing facilities ship on a daily basis from all locations and we are fulfilling current demand. Even our online brand protection division, OpSec Online, is mitigating the risks associated with global work-from-home scenarios with daily enforcement on behalf of our clients.
Like each and every one of you, we work tirelessly to protect our employees and their families. We’re proud of the way each member of our team as stepped up to meet the challenge of providing the great service and quality for which we are known.

OpSec Security Business Continuity Plan

At OpSec Security we are deeply committed to taking care of our team and our customers and will be continuously monitoring developments regarding the COVID-19 situation.
In order to manage the risks associated with the spread of COVID-19, OpSec Security has created a specialized Taskforce comprised of global company leaders. Through this Taskforce, OpSec Security will continue daily monitoring of the latest information about the global COVID-19 outbreak and has implemented business continuity plans (BCP) that seek to safeguard the health of our employees and preserve the ability to deliver quality products and services to our customers.
As the situation around COVID-19 continues to develop, we want to share the actions we are taking:
- Restricted global business travel to impacted areas and limited non-essential domestic travel;
- Implemented work-from-home assignments, where possible;
- Limited external visitors to our facilities;
- Canceled large group meetings, reduced in-person meetings and enhanced sanitization protocols within our facilities.
- Reviewed data collection and backup measures to maintain business continuity;
- Implemented standard operating procedures to manage employee’s exposure to COVID-19 including individual access to different facilities.

OpSec Security is closely monitoring the evolution of the Coronavirus situation and is following the World Health Organisation and regional government advice.
Currently, OpSec is continuing to operate and meet the demands of its clients and customers. A small number of employees in affected areas have been advised to work from home to avoid areas of contamination including public transportation. However, we do not anticipate that this will affect our ability to fulfill our obligations.
OpSec will continually review the impact of the Coronavirus on our domestic and international supply chains. At present, our risk-based business continuity planning provides us with the required preventative actions to protect our staff, customers, and stakeholders.
Our employees’ health, and that of their families, are of our highest priority and we are supporting our staff on the necessary precautions to take.
OpSec will continue to provide updates to our employees, partners, suppliers, and customers as the situation evolves.
