HR Transformation Manager

Position Summary

The HR Transformation Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR to design and deliver a significant people transformation program for our innovative, fast paced, exciting and highly rewarding organization.  The focus of the work will be around cultural and organizational change, developing and implementing agile working practices and creating and embedding a competency framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a global change management plan based on the details of the organization and the group(s) being impacted by the change
  • Lead governance and execution of plans by collaborating with business leaders and responsible HR Business Partners across multiple regions
  • Step into HRBP functional areas of expertise as needed during project lifecycle; may be leveraged to lead other projects as needed
  • Support the development of job architecture and compensation strategies and collecting business requirements
  • Develop and execute strategies to address the key people issues associated with complex strategic change initiatives (e.g., corporate strategy implementations, new operating model implementations, managing the organizational and talent issues associated with mergers and integrations)
  • Redesign HR processes to be more effective and efficient
  • Provide organizational readiness support; develop expertise in a specialization and reputation as a business advisor
  • Take up additional responsibility within HR scope as per business requirement
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems and leverage a structured and disciplined methodology to identify root cause; ability to bring clarity, structure, and actions to ambiguous plans and challenges
  • Communication: Ability to interact with all levels of the business, exceptionally good listening skills, ability to present complex or new ideas with clarity and simplicity; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Design Mindset and Thinking: Challenge, create, and deliver unique advisory solutions to benefit our leaders and employees
  • Passion for HR:  Stay up to date with trends and the market and demonstrate an active interest in changing what HR will look like in 3 to 5 years

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or similar field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business transformation / change management programs with a hands-on approach to designing/delivering competency frameworks, project management, change leadership programs and implementing them across organization
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist/HR Operations will be required to manage HRBP role as and when required
  • Must have successfully led complex, global HR projects
  • Professional HR Certification highly desired
