But in these formative stages for NFTs, new sources of value are bringing new vulnerabilities, with many brands falling victim to unauthorized NFTs that infringe their intellectual property.

It starts with a problem-centric review of a broad range of NFT marketplaces and platforms to find hotspots of infringing activity. This determines primary coverage (platforms with infringements) and secondary coverage (emerging NFT platforms) for each customer. Primary platforms are monitored on an agreed frequency, with an additional review of secondary platforms to establish the monitoring pattern. Secondary platforms are reviewed ongoing to prioritize coverage by customer.
