Expansion into licensing management SaaS allows OpSec to consolidate its position as the market leader in fully integrated licensing solutions.

Lancaster, Penn. — September 9, 2015 — OpSec Security, the global leader in protecting, authenticating, and enhancing brands, services and revenues, announced the acquisition of Trademarx LLC, a leading SaaS solution for online artwork approvals, asset distribution and licensing contract management.  Previously a joint venture between Arivium, Inc., Fusionary Media and Learfield Licensing, Trademarx was acquired in its entirety by OpSec bringing the software under one ownership and management team.

With a robust roadmap that will incorporate both short-term and long-term releases, OpSec will assimilate the application into a next-generation software platform to be announced in the near future.  Upon completion, OpSec will be on the forefront of a new level of integrated business intelligence tools.

“Bringing Trademarx into the OpSec portfolio is an important move for us,” said Ben Stump, Chief Technology Officer of OpSec Security, Inc.  “Incorporating contract management and design approvals with our world-class supply chain security and tracking allows our clients to have the best in business intelligence throughout the product life cycle whether that product is sold online or in a brick-and-mortar store.”

Trademarx is currently implemented in a number of OpSec clients including Major League Baseball, Major League Soccer, NASCAR, Ferrari, and NYC and Co (including FDNY and NYPD) and the 400+ colleges and universities represented by Learfield Licensing.
