For our Munich office we are currently looking for a

 

Head of Account Management

Your role:

  • Manage the client services group to maximize client retention and increase revenue from existing client base.
  • Maintain direct relationships with key accounts.
  • Liaise with operations and technical team to ensure service deliverables meet and/or exceed client expectations.
  • Provide ongoing leadership, support and training to Munich-based team of account managers.
  • Establish consistent framework to be used for client engagements by the client services team.
  • Manage account renewal process for key accounts and assist team in renewal process for all accounts
  • Establish & evolve consultative service delivery methodology
  • Interface with key members of operations and product development teams to provide client/market feedback and provide input in the direction of product development and enhancement efforts.
  • Act as an online brand protection solutions expert on new client acquisition opportunities that have been highly qualified and are deep in the sales cycle.

Your background:
•    Ideally, an Internet Industry background with a minimum of 4 years of account management experience in delivering complex solutions and services to the client
•    Strong presentation skills in German and English
•    Proficiency in MS-Office, esp. PowerPoint
•    Strong interpersonal and team building skills
•    Proficiency in at least German and English (ideally good command of French and/or Spanish

•    Very good communication skills, open minded, will to succeed & entrepreneurial thinking
•    Self-motivated, but team player
