Holographic Hot Stamping Foils
Designed for high-speed application to banknotes or other documents of value, OpSec holographic hot stamping foils are supplied in registered patch or continuous stripe form and manufactured to conform to stringent requirements of the banknote industry.
OpSec chemists have developed holographic hot stamping foils in different formulations to meet specific application requirements. Specific stamping foil constructions are available and suitable for high speed application and with enhanced resistance properties that meet the highest standards set by the European Central Bank (ECB) including laser resistant foils for subsequent personalization of documents.
OpSec supplies foils with a range of adhesives for superb performance on most substrates including cellulose and thermal papers, security papers and plastics. Images can be fully metalized or selectively de-metalized to register in both the machine and the transverse direction. In addition foils can be supplied with a choice of finish including Aluminum and Copper metalized and Zinc Sulphide (Transparent) high refractive index coatings.
Slit and wound to customer’s requirements OpSec's high security holographic hot stamping foils are suitable for use on all types of application machinery currently used in the security printing industry.
