Software Engineer
OpSec is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Team in the Boston office. The right candidate will possess a “getting things done” mentality and will be team oriented. Position Summary: The account manager serves as the primary customer interface for a pre-assigned account base of clients who subscribe to our GenuNet™ Internet Monitoring & Reporting web-based software and services. Press Helper
Reports to: Lancaster Plant Manager
Location: Lancaster Facility
Objective: Responsible for staging and pre-make ready to increase press production up time
General Responsibilities:
- Check 1 order ahead on each press and have ALL of the necessary components (inks, dies, plates, materials, etc) requested from warehouse, staged in designated holding area ready for quick press change over.
- Communicate with each operator their requirements for the upcoming days production.
- Upon completion of an order remove clean and maintain all inks, dies, plates, and materials. Stage finished product and return items to their appropriate locations.
- Log all materials required back into storage / staging area.
- Supplies at all presses should be checked and refilled throughout the shift. E.g. (rags, solvents, waste, cores etc)
- Operate and maintain anilox wash unit.
- Replace doctor blade holders with new doctor blades.
- Maintain cleanliness rules in entire press area during and at the end of the shift.
- Remove trash, cardboard, security waste from the press areas throughout the day and at the end of the shift.
- Remove all empty skids that are not being used and locate to appropriate area.
- Ink match necessary inks per Job jacket requirements.
- Clean and rebuild ink pumps, when time permits.
- Assist operator with press cleanups.
- Empty dirty rag cans and waste inks containers.
- Organize and maintain ink, plate and die racks.
- Communicate any supplies that need ordered, to the shift supervisor
- Report any safety hazards to the shift supervisor
- Learn press operation and have the ability to relieve operators on a rotation basis for breaks.

Objective: To successfully complete all assigned jobs through complete review of job jacket information and customer requirements to ensure quality product and on-time delivery with minimal waste. Provide suggestions for cost reduction and quality improvement to the Department Manager. General Responsibilities:
- Setup and run the collation, lamination, card punch, vision inspection, laser engraving or shrink wrap equipment for all assigned jobs. Perform proper maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of the machines and work areas. Exercise proper handling of materials and production of all assigned jobs in accordance with job specifications, quality standards and security protocols including finished product, raw materials and security waste.
- Determine desired final product requirements by review of all provided job information and specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, accurate product appearance and performance.
- Determine appropriate machine setup and run conditions by review of job specifications.
- Ensure proper material types and sizes are used for all jobs..
- Perform operator level maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain accurate registration or tolerances at each stage of the card manufacturing process. Report repeat or registration difficulties immediately to the team leader.
- Complete all necessary paperwork for each operation as required.
- Maintain separation of product per job and/or lot number at all times.
- Assist Inspector with questions and knowledge transfer in all areas of machine operation.
