Job Summary:                            
Customer Service Position for full time with emphasis on Solutions, Technical assistance, all customers and  and other duties as needed      
Partner with sales team to develop and maintain a rapport with new and existing Customers.              
Develop and implement better communications, information and assistance from order conception through final delivery.        
Receive, investigate and respond to all customer inquires regarding products and complaints.                
Job Duties and Responsibilities:                          
Prepare and process sales orders.                        
Maintain documentation for sales orders including customer information, sales order confirmation, security confirmation and customer specification sheets.     
Assist the Solutions team with Project Management                      
Assist with Technical Support/Help Desk with Proprietry Systems                  
Attend sales meetings and visit with customers as necessary.                    
Liaison with Sales, Finance and Manufacturing to promote communication and information distribution.      
Respond to customer calls/e-mails quickly and to handle all inquires with a high level of professionalism.          
Assist in training and development of assigned personnel.                    
Other duties assigned by management                        
Skills and Experience:                            
Strong customer orientation; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.                
Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.            
Proficient in MS Office software; knowledge of online order entry system.                
Minimum HS diploma or GED; Some college preferred.   4-5 years working in a customer service environment.
